This year's Transport Technology Forum Conference will be held will be held at the Hilton Hotel in Leeds from 25th to 27th April.
The event brings together national government, local authorities, suppliers and academia to explain government policy and showcase best practice and innovation in the use of technology. The conference provides a key event for practitioners in local authorities and their supply chains to use technology to deliver improved local highway services.
The conference will examine how Government is supporting Local Authorities in the delivery of road transport technology to create a more prosperous and greener Britain. It will include the launch of the Manual for Smart Streets guidance, details about funding opportunities and case studies from Local Authorities who have successfully implemented transport technology projects.
There will also be meetings of all six TTF Working Groups who cover connected vehicles, Urban Traffic Management and Control, Electric Vehicle charging infrastructure, parking, Mobility as a Service and open data. These groups will then report to all delegates.
